Kevin Coy

Privacy

A partner with Oldaker, Belair & Wittie, Mr. Coy advises privacy-sensitive organizations on domestic and international privacy law and policy matters concerning a wide range of personal information, including credit and financial information, criminal history information, health information, human resources information, and telecommunications information. Mr. Coy has spoken and written articles on privacy and other issues, which have appeared in newspapers nationwide. He is also co-author of a chapter in The Future of Financial Privacy and the author of an article on privacy in the medical research context. Mr. Coy is a legal editor of Privacy & American Business, a leading privacy publication for the business community.
