Kathryn E. Swisher
Government Contracts and Related Litigation Administrative Investigations and Litigation
Kathryn E. Swisher is an associate with Oldaker, Belair & Wittie. She joined the firm in May 2005 after graduating from The George Washington University Law School.
At George Washington, Ms. Swisher worked in the Public Justice Advocacy Clinic, and was recognized at graduation for her provision of Pro Bono Legal Services. In addition to her clinic work, Ms. Swisher was also a judicial intern to the Honorable John M. Facciola at the United States District Court for the District of Columbia from 2004-2005.
Ms. Swisher is an active member of the American Bar Association's Section of Public Contract Law. She was recently appointed as an Associate Editor of the Public Contract Law Journal and The Procurement Lawyer; as Vice-Chair of the Acquisition Reform and Experimental Procurement Committee; and as co-chair of one Small Business Committee.
