The firm has extensive experience and expertise in privacy law. Our partners represent financial institutions, credit bureaus, consumer reporting agencies, background check companies, healthcare providers, insurers, trade associations and entities which collect, maintain, use or sell sensitive personal information. Oldaker, Belair & Wittie represents clients in consumer regulatory proceedings, legislative campaigns and compliance initiatives involving the Fair Credit Reporting Act, Title V of the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act, the Drivers Privacy Protection Act, and all other consumer privacy statutes.
